Christina draws on 15 years of leadership and hands-on experience in global advertising and marketing firms. As Creative Director, VP of Operations, Chief People Officer and more, she developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the delicate balance needed to achieve extraordinary business goals and results.
Christina received her MA in Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute and Integral Coaching certification from New Venture West. She served on the board of the Chicago Coach Federation and works with the Integral Institute in Denver.
